Returns

It is important that you absolutely love your selection! Try your purchases on the comfort of your own home and if you need to refund any of your new items, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to return.

General Conditions Applicable to Returns

  • Please make sure your items and returned new, unused, unworn and unwashed, with the designer garments still attached.
  • Swimwear must have their original hygiene liner attached.
  • If your purchase is damaged when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 7 days from the date you receive it.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging, including tags, boxes and pouches.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back.

Receiving your Refund

Once the returned parcel reaches our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take 5 to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying process times between payment providers, except holiday season during which processing may take more time than expected.

Exchanges

We regret to inform you that we are not currently able to offer exchange. instead all items should follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item(s).
